"We’ve been with State Farm for over 20+ years and if we ever have issues or questions they are usually on top of it and more to a willing to explain things to use. Unfortunately, over the last month and a half. I’ve had issues with State Farm and the cost going up a ridiculous amount which is just not feasible. I wish there was more transparency. In the past I would have given them five stars but lately I have not felt the same. The representatives are very nice and willing to answer all questions (my stars don’t reflect them just State Farm as a whole agency) but getting different answers from different representatives is very confusing and frustrating as a client. Having your insurance go up without any warning and being told it wouldn’t go up is also an unpleasant feeling, and I hope they work on transparency with their clients."
